151+ prospects.............Sold in blocks of 100 for an 
                           additional $15/month per block.

*Realtor Assistant uses MLS IDX data provided by the Broker Reciprocity Program of the Outer Banks Association of REALTORSŽ (OBAR). OBAR requires all participating realtors to sign an official IDX agreement and pay a fee, which is currently $48.00/year (paid directly to OBAR).
